Preparation

1 Using wooden spoons, space out dollops of Nutella on a baking sheet. Place in freezer until frozen.

2 In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, oil and milk. Add the sugar, flour, lime zest and baking powder and stir to combine.

3 Dip each frozen Nutella ball into the cake dough and use a spoon to make sure it is completely covered. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides. Combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder in a shallow dish. Dip fried balls in the powdered sugar mixture and serve.
